Frances and Phillip are married

Frances and Phillip were married in the city of Montebello, CA on October 4th, 2008. They were referred to me by a mutual friend.

I was given a great opportunity as this was my FIRST Wedding Shoot. Thank you for trusting me with your Wedding. I had SO much fun as they were such a beautiful couple. But the bridal party made it so easy for me to capture the shots that I did. Both sides of the family were just so nice. Frances' Grandmother, sweet as can be.

I will post up more in a couple of days. I couldn't wait to post these two.

Aren't these shoes "beautiful"? Wait until I post her Wedding Dress....I saw these theater chairs during the Wedding Rehearsal, then I saw the shoes on the Wedding Day, and they belonged together....

Both Frances and Phillip are big fans of the Dodgers. I thought it was perfect to place their Wedding rings on top of the flag. Something different from the "flowers" and the "candy" so when I saw this, I was excited.

This shot is the FIRST DANCE as Husband & Wife. In the background, it is France's Mother who I caught watching them dance together.

Meet my FAMILY

So, I had the great pleasure of taking some pictures of my Family since my Mom and my Son/girlfriend came up to visit us, on the same weekend.

Our eldest daughter was not feeling well, but what a "good sport" she was. She knew how important the "family photoshoot" was to me. Way to go, Kei. Thank you.

So here, I noticed how our youngest daughter was POSING.....and everyone buy Thuy looked. Nothing better than those "candid" shots...it tells more about the picture, in my opinion.

So, as you can see, our son, as usual, loves to
clown around. That is why he doesn't look his
age. His visit was GREAT!!!! We had lunch
before we headed to the park for this mini-
photoshoot, and he has us laughing...

So during our lunch, Cris and Thuy mentioned that they have
been talking about their Wedding. They have made a list of
things.....so we asked them, have they set a date. They replied,
"oh the Wedding will not be for quite awhile." Laughing. So I teased them, ok, well at least we have time to practice on your E-session. Here is ONE of them. Again, the clown in my son. Thuy is SO freaking lucky. Well, he is too. Then they both agreed [what the heck] that I will NOT be their Photographer for the Wedding, but they will hand out "disposable camera's" and they will use the pictures from that, for their Wedding Album. They wanted to make sure that I enjoyed the day. I disagreed with them. Laughing. Then they said that they will not have Donald be their D.J. either. So I asked, will you guys be playing from an iPod? LAUGHING...

My wonderful Mother. Mother who carried me for 10 months and raised me majority of my life. My Mother who raised me the best to her abilities. I think I turned out pretty good. Hehehe.

Playtime: September 2008

Such a beautiful sight, huh? A Mother on the same level as her child. How precious is this, huh? They grow so fast, the years go by so fast right before your eyes. If you can actually enjoy the moments you have with your child like this, it creates such beautiful memories.

Best Friends: September 2008

It was such a great day on this day, that I decided, it's a good time to
take my camera and play.
This is Adri and Lyanna and they are
best friends.

I absolutely LOVE "candids". And this picture should say it all. Makes you wish to be a child all over again, huh? No worries, no stress. Just play and play and sing and dance....what a life....

Here, again, a "candid" moment. These two were so busy trying to pick the flowers, that they forgot I was taking pictures....how innocent, huh?

Live........Love.........Laugh

Thank you for stopping by to check out my blog.

NB - Session: Zack July 2008

Meet Zackary. I had to pleasure to have a Newborn Session back in July, 2008. Isn't he SO adorable? I really loved the way his room was put together by his parents that I decided to start there for the photoshoot.

Zackary was playing "peek-a-boo" with me. Before his Mom put him down, Zackary was asleep. Already you can tell, he isn't camera shy. His older brohter Nikolas is not camera sh either...

Continued - Maternity: Mae August 2008

With this shot, I asked Mae to think about the FIRST time her and Eric found out when they were pregnant. This is the SMILE that I got from asking that question.....

Isn't Mae beautiful? Isn't she glowing? Mae told me that she is SO excited and can't wait until the baby is born.

With this picture, I was trying to achieve a "silhouhette". I told Mae and Eric that once their baby boy is here, it will be tough to have some "alone" time...hehehe...

So I had to have Eric join in on the photoshoot. Mae said that he was "shy". Yeah right. [laughing] Eric kept looking around us as people were coming by to setup a spot to sit down. He couldn't wait until we changed spots.....
